Terms of Service
The terms that govern bookings and use of Bluxride services and portals. Last updated October 2026.
1. Who we are
Bluxride ("Bluxride", "we") provides chauffeured ground transportation and the technology platform that coordinates it, headquartered at 9350 Wilshire Blvd #203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Trips are performed by our own fleet or by licensed, insured partner transportation companies operating under these terms and our service standards.
2. Bookings and quotes
A booking becomes binding when it is confirmed by our operations team. Prices are quoted as fixed amounts before the trip; changes you request (additional stops, extended hours, route changes) are quoted and added transparently. Quotes may include tolls, airport fees, and gratuity where stated.
Hourly bookings include a mileage allowance per booked hour; additional distance is quoted before or during the trip. Airport pickups include flight tracking and reasonable waiting time as stated at booking.
3. Cancellations and changes
Free cancellation windows depend on vehicle class and service type. Cancellations after the window, and no-shows, are charged the full fare. Corporate accounts may have negotiated cancellation terms that take precedence.
4. Passenger conduct and safety
Chauffeurs may refuse or end a trip, without refund, where passenger conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive. Seat belts are required; child seats must be requested at booking where required by law. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
5. Accounts and portals
Portal credentials are personal to you or your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Corporate account administrators are responsible for the bookings made under their account structure.
6. Liability
Transportation is provided subject to the operating authority and commercial insurance of the performing carrier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluxride’s aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or events caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Partner carriers
Partner transportation companies operate under separate partner agreements covering licensing, insurance, standards, work areas, and settlement. Where a partner performs your trip, that partner is the operating carrier of record.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms; the version published at https://bluxride.com/legal/terms applies to bookings made after publication. Questions: support@bluxride.com.
