Digital accessibility
We build this website and our portals toward WCAG 2.1 AA: semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast on our dark theme, and reduced-motion support that honors your system preference. Accessibility is checked as part of our release process, and we treat reported issues as defects.
Accessible transportation
Tell us what you need at booking — mobility device stowage, extra boarding time, service animal accommodation, or a vehicle class that suits a specific need — and our operations team will plan the trip around it. There is no surcharge for accessibility accommodations.
